Too often our lives are trapped within false memories. We accept what we remember as true, and then build our belief systems on top of those false memories. These belief systems become habits, and those habits become the foundation of our choices.

Asking and answering just the four simple questions found in this course, you will become aware of the many beliefs and habits that have kept you constricted within a smaller life pattern than the one that is intended for you to live.

This course will be using the book The 4 Essential Questions: Choosing Spiritually Healthy Habits as its structure.

The Shift To Spiritually Health Habits Course Intent

This course provides a concentrated period of time where everything you thought was true is reexamined in the light of what you know to be True.

It is a mini coaching session.

It is a chance to see yourself through other people’s eyes who are standing in the same premise as you are.

It is the opportunity to find the joy of a community where each member is committed to the well being of themselves, and each other.

Our intent in this course is to uncover habits, ideas, beliefs, and patterns of thought that no longer serve us, and then rewrite, rework, and re-choose habits that serve and support the mission of our lives.

We are willing to transform ourselves from an old picture of who we thought we were, to a new one that is free of old beliefs and patterns, and is filled with beauty, love, and riches.
