I Am a means of
expression.  I was thinking of "Expression of One Mind" and was
expounding on that in my thoughts and the term "vessel" came up.  Well, I
guess that must have some old connotation because I didn't like the
word when I thought it.  So I let my mind go and toss around words and
the "means of expression" came up.

So, if I Am one of God's Means of Expression, that means I am a thought,
but also an action of some sort.  Which gives me the pleasure of
experiencing movement and the illusion of having a body.  And having
that illusion, I am also given the pleasure of experiencing taking good
care of it.  As God's Means of Expression, I certainly have no need of
pain or hurt or disease, why would God ever want to express that?  So if
I am having the illusion of pain or hurt or disease, I'm just not
looking at the expression properly.  So I go back to Knowing that I Am
God's Means of Expression, and I Express the illusion of caring for
myself, my thoughts, and my outward illusion which is reflected by my
inner Knowing that I Am God's Means of Expression.

Now I Am more Aware of the essence of Pause, Observe, Listen and Act.
