Del and I went to one of my favorite events last weekend, the corn festival just up the road in the little town of Mecca.

It’s very low key, lots of really good roasted corn with tons of butter, a Blue Grass band comprised of a local family (also very good), and kids getting sprayed with the firetruck hose as they ran around the field. Simple, fun, and very relaxing.
