A few Important Steps:

1) Look for your subscription or registration in your email. Depending on what you subscribed to it will be coming from The Shift Center or directly from me.

2) If you have spam blocking software on your computer or with your ISP you may not get the email.If you don’t see it, please check your spam filter.

Please be sure to put our email address on your “white list” if you have one, so that it gets through. You can see how to do this here
